Dream Come True

What was I thinking, I hardly knew.

Where my screams would be. too stupid to know.

I wasn’t even close, though I thought I was.

I tried to write down lyrics to the possibilities of mayhem.

Down the street, lying in the sun.

Being happy with a stack of books and infinite cups of tea.

Throwing the tarot a hundred million times to see who were canny in the extreme.

On my face meant this was not my dream come true.

Difference

I now know the difference.

Between fairy and folktales.

One is just a story.

The other, a warning.

I now know the difference.

Between sirens and mermaids.

One, an enchantress.

The other, a beauty.

I do not know the difference.

Between something and nothing.

Something is something.

And nothing can be everything.

But what is the opposite of something?” You say.

It’s the same thing but in a different way.

Ventures, How The Chaos Started

The moon had exploded for some mysterious reason (On Jan 1, 3020, 12:00 AM). The explosion caused meteors to rain down on Earth but they didnt do any extreme damage. They created a ring around earth. But sometimes little pieces will fall through the atmosphere.

It got really hot and the environment started rapidly changing. Days are burning hot and nights are extremely windy and cold.

It’s pitch black but you can see a million stars in the sky. You can also occasionally spot Earth’s ring, aka “Harrison’s Ring” which was first discovered by Dr. Georgia Harrison.

There is a new continent called Pangana. The entire world suffered for the first ten years but Australia suffered the bulk of it.

Ally Prologue Draft

A scrawny, red-headed girl stood at the foot of a burning house. Her face was blank but giant tears streamed from her eyes as If they were a river. She fell to his knees as she stared death in the face, although she didn’t
know she wouldn’t have the mercy.

The air was as crisp as the wooden boards of the estate, scorched and torn. The heavy rain that fell didn’t quench the thirst of the flames.Eleanor!” A woman cried out frantically. “What has happened? Where are you brothers?”. The woman questioned her daughter vigorously, yet all the girl could say was “I didn’t mean to”.

“You didn’t mean to?”. The woman’s sad gaze turned to anger. “It was all your fault wasn’t it?”. She immediately grabbed the girl’s arm and dragged her far away from the house. She stood in a nearby ally way, the girl grasped tightly by the arm. “You have disgraced this family-” she threw her to the ground with a heavy thud “-for the last time!”. The girl wept enough tears to fill a puddle. She could barely see or walk even. Her eyes were heavy and her head ached.

She apologized over and over but the woman kept walking away. She cried out for his mother but the woman left her without one. She would never be with her mother again. Never again.

The girl stood up, the ground swayed and her legs wobbled and staggered. She spits on the ground in addition to wiping her tears. She stared at her shaking hands. “Get yourself together, Eleanor.” she clenched her fists.

Turning away from where she last saw her mother, Eleanor Jones walked onto the streets of England, into brighter flames.
